The transaction is structured as a sale of 100% of the shares in BT Property Strömstad AB. The acquisition was arranged by Newsec Investment Management. Storebrand fund acquires from DNB

Storebrand Eiendomsfond Norge KS is acquiring the office building from DNB Næringseiendom AS. Heilo acted as broker in the transaction, which was completed off-market. The acquisition means Norway's largest property fund continues to grow. Following the acquisition, the unleveraged fund owns 22 properties worth approx. NOK 15 billion.

Major hotel transaction in Bergen

Rica Eiendom is acquiring Scandic Ørnen in Bergen. The hotel opened in 2014 and is one of Bergen's largest hotels and newest landmarks. The hotel has 13 floors with 368 rooms, 350 restaurant covers and conference facilities for 700 guests.
