02Leasing advisory
We assist landlords with lease negotiations when new hotels are established.
Hotel leases often include turnover-based elements, so in-depth knowledge of market mechanisms and commercial terms is essential to secure good lease terms. Because a handful of operators run most hotels, they often have more detailed market and operating data than the landlords.
