Heilo Eiendom advised on the sale of Libra Shopping

Heilo Eiendom acted as the seller's adviser on the sale of Libra Shopping in Brekstad. The buyer is Utbyggern AS, owned by LL Gruppen and Coop Nordvest SA.

Libra Shopping is the largest shopping centre on Fosen and a key retail and meeting place in the region. The centre has 25 tenants, and the shops achieved combined net sales of NOK 355 million in 2025.

Heilo Eiendom thanks the parties for their trust and congratulates them on the completed transaction.
