Seller's adviser in Skien

Heilo has assisted the seller in the sale of Solinvest AS. The sale comprises seven automotive and retail properties located in the Grenland region's most attractive retail area at Kjørbekk/Nenset.

The portfolio has several solid tenants with a long track record. Bilia is the anchor tenant and runs a complete automotive facility with showroom, modern workshop and parts store to BMW standard. Posten operates Bring's Skien terminal at Bedriftsvegen 27 and has been a tenant at the property for decades. The properties are also let to Bravida, Solberg Bil and Fretex, among others.

The buyer of the properties is a syndicate arranged by Vika Project Finance.
