Industrial properties sold to ABP

Heilo Eiendom advised on the sale of two industrial properties to Asset Buyout Partners (ABP).

Heilo Eiendom has assisted Ragde Eiendom with the sale of the properties Stangnesterminalen 2F and Kvithyllveien 193. The buyer of both properties is Asset Buyout Partners, which thereby strengthens its portfolio in line with the company's strategy. We congratulate both parties on the completed transaction!

Stangnesterminalen 2F (top image) is a warehouse and logistics property located in an established business area south of Harstad town centre. The buildings total approx. 6,000 sq m and are fully let to ServiceNord Engros on a long-term triple-net lease.

Kvithyllveien 193 (bottom image) is an industrial property in Indre Fosen municipality, north-west of Trondheim. The property comprises approx. 9,400 sq m and is fully let on a long-term triple-net lease to Servi Group AS.
